Other performance-enhancing features include offloading tasks from the host via TCP/UDP/IP checksum calculations and TCP segmentation. These controllers are supported by Intel SingleDrive technology, which allows one drive to work for all Intel PRO/1000 Gigabit Ethernet connection.
