Fiber Optic Residential Gateway for FTTH triple play
VRG-21412SFP-WF-G, from Connection Technology Systems, is a Fiber Optic Residential Gateway with SNMP and Web based management and targets FTTH triple play applications. The VRG-21412SFP-WF-G provides one fiber optic port for Internet broadband connections, 4 TP ports for LAN applications, and two FXS ports for VoIP telephony, as well as an embedded 802.11b/g WiFi module for wireless LAN access applications.
Designed and dedicated for FTTH Broadband Service Providers who are looking to deliver multiple IP services to the home, the SFP slot supports an SFP module with a connection distance of 2km to 20km, or more than 100km by MMF, SMF or Bi-directional SMF, which can be implemented for use in apartments and houses, and on campuses.
Providing four 10/100Mbps TP LAN ports and an 802.11b/g WiFi module with firewall, it can link to PCs and Set Top Boxes for IPTV, VoD, E-Learning, and Internet and 3-D gaming as well as traditional Internet applications such as surfing the Web, e-mail and file downloading via wire or wireless access link.
