GVision unveils 15" Panel PC, Model PC15AX

    The latest PC15AX Panel PC, from GVision Inc., adopts Intel energy-efficient core signal processing by the low power Intel ATOM processor and is suitable for most of the fanless applications. PC15AX offers a Mini-PCIe bus architecture to adapt to today's demands and maintain complete compatibility with hardware and software design. The onboard devices support integrated graphics and the onboard Gigabit Ethernet controllers. Its advantage would be in the building of a low power but fast transmission availability system for VARs or system integrators.
    The PC15AX supports Intel ATOM N270 processors, in the Menlow series, via an Intel 945GSE and ICH7M chipset, with integrated GMA 950 graphics with DVMT 3.0 and up to 224MB of display memory for an optional dual-display function by VGA/LVDS.

AGL to launch outdoor digital signage LCD display series

    As LCD monitors become more commoditized, there is increasing demand for applying them as advertising display media or digital signage boards. However, due to brightness, lifetime or operating temperature limitations, users generally find it difficult to use regular LCD monitors for outdoor display or store window dressing.
    Specially designed for in-window signage, outdoor and public digital information applications, AGL (Applied Green Light Taiwan) has launched a series of 22-, 24- and 32-inch commercial LCD monitors supporting 1920x1080 full HD resolution, 1000-nit high brightness, an excellent gray scale and high contrast ratio. For outdoor LCD applications, AGL also provides solutions that are waterproof, direct sunlight applicable, and have a highly reliable touchscreen and a wide operating temperature range (-30 to 60 degrees C).
