Quick Push-On Connectors from Arthur-Yang Industrial

To assemble a cable with the RF connectors, it usually requires technique such as soldering, crimping, molding or screwing.
The Quick Push-On Connectors feature push-on-and-fix process and provide real efficiency in the cable assembly work. It is of extreme importance since the efficient production process eventually contribute to manufacturing cost saving and as a result, to sales price competitiveness.
Currently available from Arthur-Yang are BNC push-on and TNC push-on connectors, with solid brass body in nickel or gold plating+black chromium, brass center contacts in gold plating, and Delrin insulation.
The F type push-on is also available with solid brass body in nickel or gold plating+black chromium and brass center contacts in gold plating. More can be developed upon request.
Arthur-Yang has just established a new hardware department specialized in ODM/OEM high precision machine parts of materials from brass, stainless steel and aluminum in gold, silver, nickel or black anodizing plating.

Tragant ships Cardbus to ExpressCard adapter

Tragant’s PCMCIA/Cardbus to Express card adapter allow users to upgrade their laptops’s connectivity with a minimum of fuss. Upon insertion of the adapter into a PCMCIA slot, their computer will be able to receive Express cards and add valuable additional ports.
These features are sure to appeal to customers whose laptops are no longer current. 6139A supports Cardbus 32bit max 480Mb/s data rate for a fastest data transfer. The adapter accepts 34mm USB 2.0 express card and allows express card hot swap without power off the system. 6139A is an easy and quick installing to extend more applications for personal laptop using.
The reason why Tragant produced these two adapters is because it noted the customer’s demand when it got the first-hand information of marketing from such international exhibitions as CES, Cebit, Computex Taipei. Also, the growth of wireless 3G data cards makes more demands for these two adapters day by day.
Every unit undergoes strict quality control, including drop, shock and vibration testing. And those with smaller businesses or an interest in test marketing the products will appreciate the fact that the company has no minimum order requirement.

SDA320 ANT miniSDIO card for health monitoring on the go

SPECTEC’s SDA320 ANT mini SDIO card with Software Development Kit for health monitoring allows a mini SDIO slot equipped Motorola Q phone to wirelessly collect and analyze data from sports performance and health monitoring sensors such as heart rate straps and speed/distance activity monitors.
The first time, you can use Smart Phone or PDA phone as a data hub for real time wireless data collection, analysis and transfer from health and sports performance monitors such as heart rate straps, and blood pressure instruments and speed / distance activity monitors. You can use it as self sufficient to collect or process or display or store sensor data; as caregiver link to transmit data and warning to caregiver when abnormal readings; as third party service to transmit data real time to network server and database, the server provides ultimate data storage and processing and gives detailed guideline.
When transmitting or receiving, the SDA-320’s peak current consumption is 20 mA adding negligible additional load to the smart phone or PDA battery.
The card can transmit or receive on one of 125 selectable RF channels in the 2.4 GHz Industrial, Scientific and Medical (ISM) global licence-free band.

Gingle adds high-performance DDR3 memory modules

Gingle’s DDR3 module is engineered basing on its DDR2 module, of which both models have 240 pins. To have the faster Data Rate than its DDR2, Gingle’s R&D team has enhanced the I/O buffer through the 8bit Prefetch technology. As such, the Data Rate of Gingle’s DDR3 exceeds the level of 800MHz, of which DDR3-1066MHz, DDR3-1333MHz, DDR3-1600MHz could be achieved for meeting various rigorous requirements of PC applications.
Apart from the enhancement in Data Rate, there are lots of new designs in Gingle’s DDR3 modules, such as using Self-Driver Calibration (SDC) for better signal integrity. Most other DDR2 modules in the market just use Off Chip Driver (OCD). Gingle adds the algorithm for Data Synchronization so as to eliminate the data error happened between the operation of memory module and LSI chipset. This design has greatly improved the module’s robustness. The manufacturing process of the chipset of DDR3 module has been further streamlined which has great influence on the power consumption and capacity of Gingle’s DDR3 module. The power supply of this DDR3 module is now 1.5V which will be a perfect choice for many energy-saving notebooks. This dedicated manufacturing process also facilitates the making of 2Gbit chipset.
