     Among the products from Accton at CeBIT is the ES4710BD. Edge-Core ES4710BD chassis routing switch is a high performance switch. It is an ideal switch for core layer of campus network and enterprise network, and aggregation layer of IP metropolitan network. Edge-Core ES4710BD has 10 slots. Each management module has forwarding interfaces, which increases the port density and usage of slots. The ES4710BD provides 480Gbps switching capacity and 278Mpps packet forwarding. It can support maximum 16 10G ports, 96 Gigabit ports and 96 Megabit ports. The high capacity enables the switch to forward Layer 2/Layer 3 traffic in line speed.
