Comxion develops innovative WiFi multi-cell digital picture frames

     Digital photo frames have been in the market for a while know, and the concept of displaying content----whether they are videos, still pictures or even text----have become quite ubiquitous. Now Comxion has taken this to a new level. Its new Multi-Cells Frame ART-910 is designed to bring together a matrix of display panels into one elegant frame binding. For instance, nine digital displays can be combined for forming one big display.
     Comxion can provide the frame in a variety of materials as per customers' request and the digital display in sizes up to 12 inches. Some of the popular frame bindings are leather and wood. The resolution of the display is 800 x 480 dpi. The most popular size of the individual frame is 7 inches.
     What is outstanding about the ART-910 (nine panel model) is that it is WiFi enabled. This means that users can update the content of the panels within the frame via a special website set up by Comxion, so long as the ART-910 and other models are near an Internet hot spot. This means that a user away from the home or office where the multi-cell frames are installed can update the content whenever they want.
     The heart of managing display content is management software developed by Comxion called IS----"Integrated Software." This software provides ranging from one picture in multiple panels to individual different content in each of the panels within the frame. This makes the applications of the Comxion Multi-Cells Digital Frames endless. For instance, in a store environment products can be displayed with their specifications, along with video demos of their usage.
     Another exciting application would be for travelers to inform friends of the places they have been and the adventures they have experienced. It is also ideal for business conferences that include participants in different places around the world that would like to display spreadsheets and work charts.
     In terms of storage, the standard built-in storage is 128MB, and users can expand the storage through a variety of options, including such popular memory card formats as MMC/MS/SD. The operating system supported so far is Windows.
