congatec AG, a leading innovator in embedded computing, has incorporated a US entity, congatec Inc., and will begin looking for a location for a California-based office immediately. The office will initially employ about 10 congatec employees headed by Ron Mazza, an industry veteran of more than 30 years.

Building our products from the ground up has allowed us to offer some of the most advanced technology on the market. Our latest creation is the new industry standard, called QSeven, that will address all mobile and ultra mobile applications. Attendees of ESC Silicon Valley 2008 will have the opportunity to see a live demonstration of congatec extremely low power consuming COM Express Compact module called conga-CA. It features the brand new Intel?Atom?processor Z5xx series and the Intel System Controller Hub US15W.
