BeanTech offers Data Castle mobile racks

BeanTech is offering the BT-series of "Data Castle" Hard Disk Drive mobile racks. The Data Castle series lets users carry their 3.5-inch ATA HDD in 5.25-inch drive bays for multiple storage.

The Advanced Technology Attachment (ATA) interface, previously called Integrated Drive Electronics (IDE), has existed in substantially the same form since 1989, and has become the highest-volume disk drive interface in production. As PC processor performance has increased, so have the read/write data rates of hard disk drive (HDD) heads and media.

The innovative design of the Data Castle mobile rack enables users to remove fixed hard drives easily, and make them portable. It also provides a highly efficient air-flow system for superior cooling. To protect the HDD, the Data Castle incorporates shock absorbers for data-read stability and shock resistance.

The Data Castle series comes with a number of different interface options. It has ATA to ATA, ATA to SATA, ATA to USB 2.0, and SATA to SATA. The Data Castle HDD mobile racks come with keys to ensure the HDD do not indiscriminately fall out of the rack. Visit BeanTech at Booth A1416, A1418 in Hall 1.
